Easter According to Me, Carter...

Hi. Since Mom (or Amy, as I like to call her now) told me she never said anything about Easter, I thought I'd fill you peeps (get it?) in on the deets.

Well, first, you should know that it was tough to get a family picture of the three of us. Mom said one of us wouldn't sit still. No idea who that chump was. Also, I don't really like the TOMS Mom got me, see?

Right after that picture, I got as far away from those shoes as possible, and you know what? I wore just socks to church. It was awesome. Thank God Almighty, my toes were free at last.

When we got back from church I ate some Cocoa Puffs. Those are a traditional Easter food, right? I could tell mom was a little uptight about me eating 'em, but it's better than straight up candy, am I right? The woman needs to chillll out. I shared them with my cousin, Ben, because I'm nice like that. Plus he's pretty cute, which makes it impossible for me to be anything but sweet to him. We're going to be the dream team in a few years. Just wait.

I got to meet my new cousin, Ryan, and he's a pretty chill dude. He basically slept the whole time. Didn't seem like too much fun to me; acted like he was 3 days old or something. Babies. I'm hoping Mom doesn't get any ideas. He was pretty perfect, but I've made it infinitely clear that I want a dog, not a baby.

I got sick of being inside so we went on a walk. Then I got bored so I decided to lay in the middle of the road and play with sand instead. Mom says don't worry, there weren't any cars coming.

Finally I calmed down a little with my dad. He's good like that.

Until next time...
