Honeymoon Food

For anyone who has ever been on an awesome vacation...don't you just wish you could go back sometimes all the time? Right now I'm particularly hungry and I would really, really love to re-live our restaurant frequenting that we did on our honeymoon.

We stayed in St. Thomas for two weeks and went out to restaurants for EVERY MEAL. We cooked twice while we were there, and if you know me at all, this is a very, very good thing. Also, it was more expensive there to buy food at a grocery store than to go out to eat, which = heaven (we bought 2 pints of ice cream once and it was $25 wwwhhhaattt???).

OK, back to my daydream. I want calamari like NOW. There was this little restaurant near our villa that had the best calamari of all time. And wine. And gazpacho. I would like to consume all of these things. And then I'd like to drive down to the beach and get the best veggie burger on the planet with a super strong rum and coke. And then I would like to sit in the sand and do absolutely nothing while Tom snorkels and finds cool shells for me. And then possibly read if I'm feeling up to it.

The End. What would you rather be doing today?

P.S. I can't believe this was almost four years ago, four! Time to go back.

we swam with this guy...and it was awesome

There is always something about honeymoon food.
Probably because the wedding is now over and you can indulge and let your tummy hang out a little bit without caring!
LOL
